Actually there are several sites available Sciror. I know Amazon, EBGames, and I believe Best Buy as well are allowing preorders. The wise thing to do would be to check all of these sites, along with any others you can think of that sell software, and see who has the best price.
I went to EB games, but I should have shopped around a little because I probably could have found a better price.
