As we all know it is imposible for us to all be on the game at the same time there "hopefully" will be just too many of us. So I move start an E-Mail notification list. Two to three days prior to a planed battel assult or other event we should E-mail all members with the exact time (depends on where they live in the world) and day of the action. While we still can't promis full attendance it will be eaiser to get us all there.

good idea!
Once the web site is up we can get a recruitment ad together for a 'Battle Co-ordinator'.
If possible, the Battle Coordinator will be responsible for compiling a database of all members' (real) city of origin and finding a program that will convert their time to west-coast time (is Pacific Time the best to use?).
Then the battle co-ordinator will email everyone a list of their local times to be online, and our Battle Commander can orgainse the troop placement in the field once they show up online.
We might need more than one person as Battle Coordinator if the PA gets large.
How does that sound?

Battle coordinater sounds good. I like the idea or maybe we could coordinate by message board time instead of local. Or we could send the "battle-message" only to a few members.
