I'll be a human male. H'll probably look something like Jacen Solo from the book covers. I'm going to be a Fencer, Teras Kasi Artist, Carbineer and some artisan profession for the fourth I can learn a little of(probably architect so maybe I can build the guild hall). I want to have a Stormtrooper gun as my blaster and a Vibrosword as my sword.(If we get any Armorsmiths lets dish out mandalorian armor to our vetran members who we know we can trust ;D.)
