Ok we can't start on Rori so that means all of the BotD members will be scattered on like 5 planets till we all get enough cash to migrate to Rori. Rori has no premade buildings but a city or 2. Also this is off topic but once we get a jedi master or 2 we need to send them to Dantooine to check out the extremely old jedi academy there.(Might contain info on getting an FS slot.) Back to Rori we won't need to compete for space on either server(Flurry or Sunrunner) Though Naboo may have a couple of PAs(And a lot more cities.) We can start on Naboo unlike Rori

Actually Leekor, you're wrong. I just went through the character creation process to verify this and Rori IS a starting planet.
It has architecture and an ecosystem similar to Naboo, it just has fewer cities and a lower population. It also has much more resources available than Naboo, which will help all of us get this PA off of the ground.

Rori has two starting locations Narmle and Restuss
Rori also has no continutiy restrictions because it's never mentioned in the movies or books, which means we'll have more options on where we build and how much we grow.

That's true Janel. Plus it has the Rebel Outpost that can be reached by shuttle once we arrive on planet.
This outpost does not have all of the luxuries of a normal city, but it does have a med center, cloning facility and star port. It may also have a small cantina or tavern that I didn't notice. It should, because every other outpost in the game includes a small cantina.

Just wanted to add that the Rebel Outpost does have a cantina. It's small but it's there.

Do you think we will get enough 'action' on Rori? I don't mean the action shadow and janel are hunting for [tho Im up always up for a bit of a singalong with my pals at the bar]..I mean, will there be enough military and trading activity? Most important for me, and I think the longevity of the PA, is fun factor which out of rori or naboo do you think would provide the most fun factor? tael.

Hmmm, you may have a point here, Tael. A Dev said a loooong time ago (when they first chose the planet):
So, take that as you will. Maybe we can help establish and defend the Rebel presence there, and be a quick flight from Naboo for good action. A strong Rebel base on the moon above the Emperor's retreat sounds like a great place to stage an attack.

That's exactly right, Droider. The Imperial presence is not as strong on Rori as Naboo, but it is a quick shuttle hop there whenever we see fit.
I think that it would be in our favor not to be on the same planet as the Imperial theme park for the same reason. If the Imp's want to attack us, they have to ride the shuttle as well. With this in mind it will be easier to defend our city. If we have it on Naboo, they can approach from any direction at any time. On Rori, they would be on our turf, and we would be able to provide a stronger defense for our non-combat personnel. Remember that we are only 30 something strong and there will be many more Imperial sympathizers on Naboo than Rori.
I just feel that if we build our city on the Emperor's home world we are asking to be attacked constantly.

yup i agree there you dont just put you're home base in you're enemies back jard ,thats just begging for an attack. and Rori will be good for recourses and all of that. And if you really want to fight an army of stormtroopers just take a shuttle.

Plus who knows how much the game is going to change in the first few months.
There might just end up being an Empire PA that is foolish enough to set up on the same planet as The Bringers of the Dawn.

I think we should start on Rori because we can't all get used to the game and we can become strong. After we do that we can move to Naboo if we want to (or can we change our base?)

I'm not sure if we can change base locations, Jaron. Since player cities aren't in the game yet, your guess is as good as mine.
